Psxextreme have always been noted to be Ps3 fanboys, obviously the name gives it away, but in amongst the "Playstation Propoganda" lurks an actual truth, and it's not one microsoft would like to hear.In a recent article Psxextreme made this point: "In 32 months, the PS3 has sold about 24.6 million units while the Xbox 360 sold about 30.2 million units in 44 months. Mathematically speaking, the PS3 has been the faster selling console"
And i think they are on to something. Most of the news would have you believe that the playstation 3 only sold in small numbers. That isn't true. If both consoles had been released at the same time, The PS3 would be the market leader. Mathematically of course. In reality, the Xbox would still be the leader, purely because of Live.
