GTplanet, an unofficial but very reliable source, have reported that the much delayed Gran Turismo 5 will be released in 2009 almost certainly, but go on to say that the December 29th release date stated on Amazon is incorrect. The official release date will be most likely be announced at GamesCom Cologne during Sony’s August 18th press conference.
Here's hoping that the rumours are correct.
