Swedish developer GRIN was forced to close this week after a 12 year run over recent financial troubles. In a statement from GRIN founders Bo and Ulf Anderson (available at http://grin.se/), the brothers blamed late payments from developers leading to a cash flow problem, resulting in recent layoffs and the eventual closing.
GRIN was named one of the biggest independent developers in Euorpe only a year ago, but recent sales of their big name releases, Terminator: Salvation, Wanted: Weapons of Fate and Bionic Commando fell far short of expectations.
